Spacious unit with single beds.

The hotel was fairly clean, pleasant, had consistently courteous staff at reception desk. The room was big and with single beds. The food was fab, especially coffee and tea for breakfast. The venue was set in the central position adjacent to the new Helena's coffee shop.

The room I had was spacious and comfy, perfect for a couple. Breakfast offered a delicious selection, fresh and hot. Staff members, especially Gerard, were helpful with my luggage. I had issues with the heating controls in the room. They weren't intuitive, hard to adjust the temperatures. My sleep was great, as the area was quiet at night. The hotel's vibe felt cute, and I could see their effort in providing a cozy atmosphere.

Great stay with fantastic food!

Amazing experience! The team was super friendly, and our room was super clean. Eating at the bistro was a highlight-those garlic mushrooms? YUM! My husband loved the Guinness. Just wish parking was a bit easier at times. Really seemed like home!

The Beautiful Double Room was spacious making it comfortable for two. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped adding to the overall experience.

Staff were excellent, offering warm hospitality and even shuttling us to a wedding venue without prior arrangements. The included breakfast was good, and the thoughtful gesture of placing flowers in the fridge was a nice touch. The management's handling of a birthday party was disappointing, with miscommunication leading to an uncomfortably cold venue and a lack of attention to the event details. This lack of customer service overshadowed the otherwise pleasant experience.

Great stay for exploring

Had a fab night here before hitting the sights. Super comfy bed, huge room with a kitchen, perfect for a family like ours. The staff were amazing, even helped with our bags! There's a cool bar with live music too. Just wish there were more options for dining nearby. It's a quiet little town.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our family. We loved how comfortable the beds were! Relaxing on the sun terrace was such a treat, and the BBQ facilities made our stay even better. Just a heads-up, the sofa wasn't the most comfortable for movie nights, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

The staff were really good in accommodating our family needs, changing our room to ensure our baby could sleep well. The triple room was impressively decorated and provided a cozy atmosphere for our one-night stay.

There was loud music from the pub downstairs that could be heard in the original room we booked.
